Clearances and Permissions
- SEIAA – Environmental Clearance Granted: Environmental Clearance No. 107/Q/2023 has been issued for the Building Stone Quarry Project of Marthoma Granites (Proposal No. SIA/KL/MIN/83001/2017; File No. 1413(A)/EC1/2019/SEIAA). The EC remains valid for the project life of 10 years, effective from the date of the mining lease execution.
- Quarrying Lease granted by the Directorate of Mining and Geology, Kerala, vide Letter No. 583/2024-25/DMG/364/2024-M4, Thiruvananthapuram, dated 17.12.2024, for an extent of 7.4590 hectares, with an annual production capacity of 175,000 TPA as per the Environmental Clearance (EC) conditions, lease valid till 22.12.2034.
- Kerala State Pollution Control Board Consent to operate the quarry under the Water and Air Acts, vide Consent No. KSPCB/ID/ICO/10068597/2024 issued on 27/09/2024 and valid up to 30/03/2028.
- Department of Petroleum & Explosive Safety Organisation (PESO) Govt. of India for Explosive Magazine Licence No. E/SC/KL/22/1761 (E70839) dated 29/08/2023 valid up to 31.03.2027
